Dr. Ryan is an accomplished scientist and entrepreneur who has extensive experience in academia and in industry. As CEO of the nonprofit Diagnostics for all, Dr. Ryan leads the efforts to bring to market a simple, low-cost paper diagnostic device to meet the health needs of millions in developing countries.

About Science Club for Girls
SCFG provides free afterschool and Saturday programs to over 1,000 girls in eastern Massachusetts and in Pokuase, Ghana, with the support of over 200 volunteers annually.
Our mission is to increase the self-confidence and literacy in science, technology, engineering and mathematics in K-12th grade girls belonging to groups that are underrepresented in these fields, through free programs that include hands-on learning, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
