Teen Program Manager - Cambridge

is responsible for implementing and assessing the Junior Mentor program within Science Club for GirlsŐ Career Exploration, Leadership, and Life Skills (CELLS) program, which engages urban youth in science and engineering using a whole-girl approach. The Junior Mentor Program builds leadership and Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math (STEM) literacy in middle school girls who co-lead our science clubs and serve as mentors for young girls. The TPM provides direct support to youth members, including but not limited to, recruitment and retention, refinement and delivery of Sister Circle workshops and refinement of self-assessment tools for youth. S/he is also responsible for coordinating enrichment activities and field trips. S/he also serves as the community liaison for Science Club for Girls.

The Teen Program Manager reports to the Teen Program Director, and oversees the middle school Junior Mentor program at multiple school-based sites in Cambridge. Detailed position description and application instructions are here.
