Karen Page
Karen Page is an Executive Director and the Head of a Clinical Translational Medicine Group at Pfizer. She earned a PhD in Pharmacology at Boston University School of Medicine and has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Her team is responsible for building and executing clinical biomarker strategies that aid the understanding of drug candidates across Inflammatory, Autoimmune, Metabolic, Hematologic, and Infectious Diseases. In parallel, Karen has contributed over 25 years to the Greater Boston Community as a volunteer and non-profit leader in support of the positive development of women and girls. Since 2000, she has been a member of the Junior League of Boston, learning and serving in many leadership and non-leadership roles, including as the chapter’s President in 2018. Karen is also a member and Past President (2012 & 2013) of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Association for Women in Science, a member and community grant contributor at The Philanthropy Connection, and a past board member at Science Club for Girls serving multiple terms between 2015-2017 and 2019-2023. Karen also served as SCFG Board President from 2019-2022 and Governance Chair in 2023. When not in Cambridge, Karen is an avid gardener, enjoys traveling, and splits her time between homes in New Hampshire and Maine with her husband and two dogs.
