Alejandra is Chief Legal Officer & Secretary of CytomX Therapeutics, Inc., a public oncology biotech, and is a member of the company's executive team, leading the company's legal function and advising the board of directors. Before CytomX, Alejandra was the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary of Mersana Therapeutics, Inc., a public oncology biotech, until its acquisition by Day One Biopharmaceuticals. Prior to Mersana, Alejandra was Chief Legal Officer & Secretary for Momenta Pharmaceuticals, a public biosimilar and rare disease biotech, until its acquisition by Johnson & Johnson. Alejandra began her career in life sciences at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., now Millennium the Takeda Oncology Company. Alejandra received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her A.B. from Harvard University and is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar.
