Tulika Hainsworth

Tulika Hainsworth is a senior management executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry and non-profit sectors.  Starting as an engineer, Tulika progressed from leading engineers to division staff management and eventually transitioned to key roles in non-profit organizations.  Tulika is especially skilled at strategic planning, using data to drive action, facilitating critical meetings and discussions, and fostering collaboration.  She brings these skills to serve organizations working to economically empower and uplift underserved communities.  She is a first-generation immigrant who has lived the American dream and believes in providing opportunities to help individuals and communities achieve success. She is particularly interested in supporting first generation college students and empowering girls and women.
