Enna is a distinguished Change Champion with an illustrious career spanning over 30 years across various industries, specializing in Leadership, Technology, and Transformation Management. She is currently serving as the CEO of Enna Jimenez LLC and QA Consulting. Enna also shines as a devoted Coach, Mentor, and advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, talent engagement, and community initiatives. Enna's remarkable achievements include receiving accolades such as the inaugural Amplify Latinx ALX100 Honoree, Women of ALPFA 2022 award, the Hispanic Lifestyle 2022 Latinas of Influence award, and the 2022 Alumnae Service Award from Simmons University. She is celebrated as one of the ALPFA Latinas to Watch for two consecutive years and is a Co-Author of the empowering book "Extraordinary Latinas: Powerful Voices of Resilience, Courage & Empowerment." Enna's commitment to progress is highlighted through her roles as a Presidential Adviser for Alumni Engagement at Simmons University and her active participation in influential organizations like the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Women’s Advisory Board, The Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, The Pathway Initiative (TPI), and the ALPFA National Board of Directors.
