Erica Hirsch

Erica, a Massachusetts native, has over two decades of distinguished experience in the life sciences sector. Her career began at the Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research in Cambridge, MA, where she worked in analytical technologies as a scientist.

After earning her MBA from Babson College, Erica joined Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2010 through their Graduate Leadership Development Program. During her tenure, she has held various strategic roles, including in integrations, product management, and business development. Her leadership skills and strategic vision propelled her to the position of General Manager, where she successfully led multiple business units across the company. Erica's achievements and dedication have culminated in her current role as President of the Chemicals Division, where she continues to drive innovation and growth.

Erica holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
