Irene Paresky

Irene Paresky, Chief Operating Officer of the Physicians’ Organization at Boston Children’s Hospital (PO), is an experienced career professional with senior leadership roles in managed care, academic medical centers and consulting to physician practices.  During her time at the PO, Ms. Paresky supports management services for the Physician Foundations in areas including:  managed care contracts including Center of Excellence contracts, health plan underpayments, charge master development, and benefit management programs.

Before joining the PO, Ms. Paresky worked at Harvard Community Health Plan where she led physician and ancillary contracting.  She began her business career working as a management consultant to physician practices.

Ms. Paresky has an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Vermont. .
